Leads Trellint’s full revenue function, including new business, renewals, expansion, sales, customer success, and revenue operations. Develops growth strategy, forecasts, pipeline processes, pricing discipline, partnerships, and executive customer relationships. Oversees capture and proposal management while partnering with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Services. Builds scalable revenue systems and high-performing teams, with a focus on municipal technology sales, competitive RFPs, and long-term customer value.

Provides onsite desktop and end-user support, including application installation, hardware and software troubleshooting, network and printer support, inventory management, ticket queue oversight, and escalation of production-impacting outages. Installs and configures new hardware, supports other technical teams, and leads local desktop support members while ensuring tickets are assigned and resolved within appropriate timeframes.

Serves as a strategic HR consultant to management and employees across U.S. and Mexico operations. Oversees employee lifecycle activities including recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, employee relations, compliance, training, and organizational change. Advises leaders, investigates workplace issues, supports workforce planning and HRIS initiatives, develops policies and job descriptions, and leads engagement and retention efforts. Requires regular travel between the United States and Mexico, with occasional domestic and international travel.
