Owns cloud, on-premises, virtualization, HCI, and infrastructure tooling. Designs cloud resources, maintains virtualization platforms, develops Terraform-based IaC, contributes to CI/CD, and implements monitoring, logging, SIEM, and managed file transfer solutions. Performs capacity planning and cost optimization, coordinates with service providers, uses AI-assisted automation, and mentors junior systems engineers.

Leads the design and development of bicycle wheel systems from concept through production, including carbon rims, hubs, and spoke configurations. Creates engineering specifications, translates rider feedback into designs, collaborates with vendors and racing teams, develops engineering tools, conducts testing and validation, and mentors engineers. The role requires mechanical product development expertise, composite design experience, CAD modeling, structural analysis, GD&T, rapid prototyping, and knowledge of wheel manufacturing and testing standards.

The HRIS Analyst manages and configures Workday for HR, payroll, absence, time tracking, reporting, integrations, security, and data management. The role ensures payroll accuracy, tax compliance, data integrity, audit readiness, and effective feature adoption. Responsibilities include troubleshooting tickets, implementing system enhancements, supporting releases, training stakeholders, documenting processes, analyzing HR data, managing projects, and partnering with Workday vendors and cross-functional teams. The preferred location is onsite in Madrid, Spain.
