Repair, troubleshoot, build, and pre-assemble Trek bicycles according to company standards. Lead the service area while maintaining cleanliness, organization, quality, and efficient workflows. Explain service options and timelines to customers, support store operations, maintain required certifications, and collaborate with store and service managers. The role requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, cycling passion, and a commitment to ongoing technical learning.

Leads Trek India’s finance function, including financial reporting, monthly close, internal controls, tax compliance, audits, credit management, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. Partners with leadership and global headquarters on business decisions, expense management, profitability, and cash flow. Also supports the strategy, service standards, compliance, and operational growth of Trek India’s Shared Services organization.

Provides exceptional customer hospitality and bicycle sales support, helping customers meet cycling goals. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, learning bikes and related products, following the sales process, managing customer follow-ups, completing product training, maintaining merchandising standards, restocking, cycle counts, bicycle assembly, and preparing customer bikes for service.
