Assist customers in a Trek retail store by understanding their needs, recommending cycling products, providing welcoming hospitality, and building relationships with local riders. Learn about Trek products and cycling, work collaboratively in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, and help exceed customer expectations. Employees must be able to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds.

Builds, troubleshoots, repairs, and tunes bicycles to Trek standards. Maintains a clean, organized service area; explains service options and timelines to customers; completes ongoing training and certifications; collaborates with store leadership; and assists with sales-floor or inventory tasks as needed. The role requires strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and a passion for cycling.

Develops, integrates, and supports Trek’s JDE ERP platform and connected systems. Responsibilities include building customizations, orchestrations, and integrations; translating business requirements into technical solutions; leading ERP projects; optimizing processes; resolving production issues; conducting code reviews; documenting architecture; and mentoring junior engineers. The role focuses on sales orders, pricing, master data, distribution, fulfillment, returns, and credit processing, while incorporating AI-assisted development and human-accountable engineering practices.
