Provide friendly guest service at the golf bag drop: handle and carry golf bags, maintain and clean carts, clubs, and work areas, perform general cleaning, assist guests with questions, and follow team and time-management expectations during the seasonal April–October term.

Greet and assist golfers, manage starter building supplies, encourage pace of play, check carts and rental agreements, provide course and weather information, enforce resort policies, and perform other duties to ensure a positive guest experience.

Provide administrative HR support including maintaining confidential employee records, assisting onboarding and payroll data entry, responding to employee inquiries, coordinating orientations, preparing reports, and performing clerical duties to ensure smooth HR operations at the resort.

Create and publish photography, video, and graphics across social and digital channels. Plan and maintain content calendar, produce short-form video, design marketing assets, assist paid social campaigns, track analytics, manage digital asset library, and collaborate with departments to tell the resorts story. Attend events and capture live content.

Lead sales and marketing for a four-season resort, developing strategies to drive group bookings, lodging, dining, and recreation revenue; manage teams, budgets, campaigns, partnerships, KPIs, and industry representation to enhance guest experience and market share.
