Provide friendly guest service at the golf bag drop: handle and carry golf bags, maintain and clean carts, clubs, and work areas, perform general cleaning, assist guests with questions, and follow team and time-management expectations during the seasonal April–October term.

Greet and assist golfers, manage starter building supplies, encourage pace of play, check carts and rental agreements, provide course and weather information, enforce resort policies, and perform other duties to ensure a positive guest experience.

Greet and assist guests during check-in/out, manage reservations and payments, answer phones, coordinate with resort departments, log maintenance issues, prioritize guest safety, and perform other front-desk duties.
