Welcomes spa guests, answers inquiries, schedules appointments, processes payments, promotes spa products, maintains accurate records, and supports daily spa operations. The role also assists with cleanliness, treatment-room preparation, supply replenishment, and guest concern resolution while delivering professional, attentive service.

Provides guest service at a resort golf facility by carrying golf bags, maintaining carts and golf clubs, cleaning work areas and driving ranges, answering guest questions, and assisting with resort needs. The role requires outdoor work, physical lifting, flexible weekend and holiday availability, teamwork, basic math for tip reporting, and a seasonal commitment from April through October.

Greet and assist golfers, manage starter building supplies, encourage pace of play, check carts and rental agreements, provide course and weather information, enforce resort policies, and perform other duties to ensure a positive guest experience.
