Operational HR leader for multiple manufacturing sites driving employee relations, labor relations, compliance, recruitment/onboarding, engagement programs, HRIS data integrity (Workday), investigations, and coaching site leadership to support workforce needs and high-performance culture.

Supervise the plant Quality Assurance team to maintain product quality, food safety, and sanitation. Implement and manage QA programs (Allergen, Formula Control, recalls), conduct audits, analyze microbiological and QC data, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, support supplier compliance, training, and regulatory/third-party audits.
