Supports and improves the company’s network, servers, computers, peripherals, and cybersecurity infrastructure. Designs and implements network solutions, performs Windows and VMware upgrades, manages routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other appliances, and troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, and security issues. Monitors cyber threats, coordinates with vendors and security partners, maintains documentation and inventory, trains users, manages tickets, and provides on-call support, including some evenings and weekends.

Manage the casino surveillance department, supervise surveillance staff, enforce gaming regulations, investigate and report suspicious activity, coordinate with security and casino managers, review footage, maintain surveillance equipment and records, and communicate findings to management and authorized outside agencies. The role requires confidentiality, strong observation and communication skills, regulatory knowledge, and progressive supervisory experience.

Maintains kitchen cleanliness and sanitation by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils; stocking buffet supplies; sweeping and mopping floors; replenishing handwashing stations; handling trash; operating and cleaning dish equipment; collecting fryer oil; and deep-cleaning kitchen and front-of-house areas. Supports additional duties assigned by the manager, supervisor, or chef.

Supervises casino and hotel security operations during assigned shifts, assigns staff, leads briefings, administers training, patrols facilities, responds to emergencies, coordinates outside agencies, handles guest disputes, safeguards property and keys, documents incidents and performance, and ensures safety hazards and injuries are addressed.
