Supervises buffet and food-and-beverage operations, including seating, serving, food preparation, cleanliness, stocking, staffing, scheduling, cash handling, guest satisfaction, complaint resolution, training, compliance, and equipment upkeep. Ensures health, safety, labor, alcohol-awareness, and service standards are followed while preparing reports and supporting promotional activities. Requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Supervises daily food and beverage outlet operations, assigns staff duties, maintains service and quality standards, monitors equipment and health regulations, supports hiring and training, tracks labor hours, resolves guest complaints, and assists the department manager with operations.

Supports and improves the company’s network, servers, computers, peripherals, and cybersecurity infrastructure. Designs and implements network solutions, performs Windows and VMware upgrades, manages routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other appliances, and troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, and security issues. Monitors cyber threats, coordinates with vendors and security partners, maintains documentation and inventory, trains users, manages tickets, and provides on-call support, including some evenings and weekends.
