Responsibilities include improving exchange and broker connectivity, building SDK and API features, enhancing observability, implementing automated trading capabilities, benchmarking for performance, designing complex features, contributing to RFCs, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires expertise in C#, Rust, concurrency, distributed systems, and software reliability.

Supports governance, risk, and compliance activities by maintaining security policies, coordinating audits, tracking risk actions, monitoring incidents, producing control-effectiveness reports, and promoting information security awareness. The role collaborates with stakeholders to support ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR, and other security framework requirements while improving cybersecurity processes and controls.

Architects and maintains data warehouses, designs schemas, automates data ingestion and quality checks, builds dashboards and visualizations, and advances data governance. Partners with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and supports organization-wide data-driven decisions. Mentors BI analysts and promotes technical best practices across the BI team.

Manage Trayport’s information security governance, risk, and compliance program across the UK and EU. Responsibilities include maintaining ISO 27001 certification, policies, standards, risk assessments, audits, reporting, security awareness training, third-party risk, and regulatory compliance. The manager will lead the Risk & Compliance team, advise executives, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent security requirements in enterprise governance forums.

Maintain and deploy mission-critical applications and infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, support client infrastructure provisioning and upgrades, and provide escalation support to regional teams. Use Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools to improve reliability and resolve recurring issues. Collaborate with security, development, and project teams while supporting global shift-based operations.

Designs, builds, and operates highly available multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and on-premises environments. Owns networking, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, disaster recovery, and SRE practices for a globally distributed trading platform. Develops AI-assisted operational workflows for incident response, automation, and toil reduction. Mentors senior engineers, serves as a cross-team design authority, and contributes to the platform roadmap in a regulated, availability-critical environment.
