Provides first-line IT support for the Vienna office, supporting Windows, Apple, mobile, conferencing, phone, printer, scanner, access, software, and local network systems. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving user issues, escalating complex incidents, documenting procedures, managing onboarding and offboarding, processing software renewals, managing assets, and maintaining device patches and vulnerabilities. The role requires independent work, process adherence, prioritization, and collaboration with global IT teams.

Develops Tableau dashboards and reports, analyzes complex datasets, and delivers actionable market, product, operational, commercial, and financial insights. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, writes optimized SQL for SQL Server and Snowflake, promotes data governance and quality, automates analytical workflows, builds data pipelines and API integrations, and maintains version-controlled code using modern deployment practices.

Lead software quality and testing strategy through exploratory, risk-based, shift-left, shift-right, and automated testing. Coach developers and teammates, investigate bugs and root causes, contribute to architecture discussions, improve observability, support CI/CD workflows, and build internal testing tools using AI assistants. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, maintainable software and promote a company-wide culture of quality.
