Lead complex enterprise customer implementations, manage relationships, oversee data migrations, and navigate operational challenges, driving successful outcomes at Trayd.

Own the commercial relationship for approximately 100 B2B SaaS customers, managing renewals, expansion deals, pricing, forecasts, escalations, and executive relationships. Build the account management function, including renewal calendars, playbooks, QBR criteria, CRM workflows, and referral programs. Partner with CSMs, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering, while representing the company at construction industry events.

Own end-to-end accounting implementations, including historical data migration, financial and job cost reconciliation, revenue tracking, billing configuration, WIP reporting, and month-end workflows. Run extraction and import pipelines, train customer accounting teams, support statement accounting questions, document recurring solutions, identify product gaps, and provide actionable bug reports to Engineering. Manage multiple implementations while serving as the accounting subject-matter expert for Customer Success and Account Management teams.
