The Logistics Data Analyst will manage audit processes, ensure quality service delivery, collaborate with carriers and customers, and improve efficiency within global operations.

Design, develop, and test business rules to allocate logistics invoice costs to client ERPs. Lead discovery workshops, document as-is/to-be processes, perform gap analysis, configure allocation logic, execute unit/integration/UAT testing, validate ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/NetSuite), analyze invoice data with SQL/Excel, support change management and post-go-live stabilization, and partner with Product/Engineering to prioritize enhancements and maintain rule libraries and documentation.

Lead discovery with finance and IT stakeholders to design, develop, test, and document cost-allocation rules mapping freight invoice charges to ERP GL accounts. Perform gap analysis, QA/testing, data validation, integrations, and post-go-live support while partnering with Product/Engineering and ERP teams.

Design, document, and implement data interfaces between Trax and customer ERPs; translate customer requirements into technical rules and files; architect, code, test, and monitor inbound/outbound payment and shipment files; produce requirements and test plans; report progress to project managers; perform root-cause analysis and support deployments and change-order estimates.

Execute freight invoice audit processes to resolve exceptions globally, collaborate with carriers/customers, meet SLAs and KPIs, run reconciliations and audit reviews, maintain SOPs, identify process improvements, and support cross-functional teams to improve logistics operations.

Manage client-facing projects for Trax, ensuring timely implementation and addressing escalations while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.

Design and develop ETL solutions with Informatica, build data pipelines, ensure data quality, collaborate with stakeholders, and resolve data issues.

Assist the Platform Operations team in documenting workflows, refining content, auditing documentation, and improving internal resources for better accessibility.

Manage assigned customer programs to ensure health, governance, KPI-driven improvement, and growth. Build account plans, lead monthly and quarterly reviews, identify upsell opportunities, facilitate product adoption, and act as customer advocate across internal teams.

Lead a global team of logistics data analysts/auditors to execute freight audit processes, resolve exceptions, meet customer metrics and SLAs, liaise with carriers/customers, maintain SOPs and documentation, monitor performance, and provide mentorship while ensuring 24/5 coverage.

Lead post-sale program health for assigned global accounts by establishing objectives, KPIs, governance, and account plans. Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews, identify growth opportunities with sales, manage escalations, support product adoption and change management, and act as internal customer advocate to ensure contractual compliance and continuous program maturation.

Document and organize engineering operational workflows, runbooks, and incident guides; audit and standardize internal documentation; support migrations across Confluence/Notion/SharePoint; collaborate with engineers and support teams to improve knowledge discoverability.
