Lead design and implementation of Finance systems and end-to-end processes (Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report). Own ERP transformation, integrations, automation, AI-driven workflows, and Finance master data and reporting models. Collaborate cross-functionally to scale Finance operations and reduce month-end close time.

Lead Accounting and Finance Operations with end-to-end ownership of Quote-to-Cash, invoicing, AR, dunning, and revenue recognition for energy products. Run monthly and annual HGB close, coordinate tax and auditors, redesign processes for automation and audit readiness, and manage, hire, and coach a growing accounting team while working cross-functionally to shape systems and controls.
