Guide architecture decisions for timeseries data, invoicing, billing, data quality, observability, and AWS infrastructure. Manage and develop engineers, align priorities with company goals, collaborate with stakeholders, and improve operational health, technical debt, and platform scalability.

Lead the Platform and IT & Compliance teams, overseeing AWS infrastructure, developer experience, CI/CD, observability, IT operations, security, and compliance. Develop strategic roadmaps, manage engineers, improve reliability and productivity, and own compliance programs including ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS 2. The role requires people leadership, cloud engineering expertise, infrastructure-as-code experience, containerized systems knowledge, and participation in audits or certification processes.

Own end-to-end B2B invoicing for a hyper-growth energy-tech company, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, KPI performance, and audit readiness. Resolve billing tickets, manage complex pricing logic, improve data quality, automate recurring processes, and support billing-tool and ERP implementations. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Tech/Data, and Accounting while contributing to month-end close and scalable invoicing architecture.
