Leads complex EICA engineering projects, designing systems, components, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation. Oversees scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, compliance, and sustainability. Supervises and mentors engineering staff, provides technical guidance, resolves challenging design issues, supports project leadership, and communicates with clients, partners, and stakeholders. The role also contributes to change management and commercial impact assessments across project delivery.

Design, program, test, commission, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, telemetry, control panel, and MCC automation systems. Integrate solutions with electrical and mechanical systems, support FATs and site acceptance testing, resolve faults, maintain technical documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Collaborate with engineering, production, wiring, testing, clients, suppliers, and installation teams across multiple projects.

Inspect, test, and verify control panels, MCCs, and automation systems before dispatch. The role performs electrical, mechanical, functional, insulation resistance, continuity, polarity, and operational testing; supports FATs, fault-finding, documentation, audits, and non-conformance resolution. The engineer ensures compliance with BS EN 61439-2, client specifications, safety procedures, and relevant international standards while maintaining accurate traceability and test records.
