Manage daily construction site activities for energy-sector EPC projects, supervising site teams and subcontractors while ensuring safe, compliant, on-schedule, within-budget delivery. Responsibilities include resource coordination, quality inspections, risk assessments, safety briefings, progress reporting, site records, stakeholder liaison, issue resolution, audits, and project handover. The role interfaces with clients, regulators, engineering, commissioning, commercial, planning, and SHEQ teams.

Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure safe, compliant delivery of construction and installation works on schedule and within budget. Manage day-to-day site delivery at Fawley Refinery, supervising site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant, on‑time, on‑budget construction and commissioning. Maintain SHEQ standards, perform risk assessments and inspections, coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, and support handover and client acceptance.

Manage project documentation lifecycle: receive, log, distribute, control revisions, maintain registers, produce O&M manuals and handover packs, operate EDMS, support audits, and ensure compliance with client and ISO standards.

Plan, mobilise and allocate construction labour, subcontractors, plant and materials across projects. Maintain workforce plans, monitor utilisation and productivity, ensure competencies and SHEQ compliance, support recruitment and stakeholder engagement to deliver safe, efficient project delivery.
