Lead and supervise site electrical teams to deliver installations of cabling, containment, control panels, MCCs, motors and instrumentation. Ensure compliance with BS 7671 and site HSE, coordinate with project disciplines, support testing/commissioning, maintain documentation, and drive quality assurance and client handover.

Manage day-to-day site delivery at Fawley Refinery, supervising site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant, on‑time, on‑budget construction and commissioning. Maintain SHEQ standards, perform risk assessments and inspections, coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, and support handover and client acceptance.

Deliver end-to-end recruitment for trades, labour and technical/site-based roles across water and energy projects. Manage full lifecycle hiring, stakeholder engagement, candidate sourcing, compliance (Right to Work, GDPR), pre-employment checks, onboarding and ATS recordkeeping. Liaise with agencies for hard-to-fill roles, track and report recruitment metrics, and support high-volume or mobilisation activity while improving processes and candidate experience.
