Leads complex EICA engineering projects, designing systems, components, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation. Oversees scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, compliance, and sustainability. Supervises and mentors engineering staff, provides technical guidance, resolves challenging design issues, supports project leadership, and communicates with clients, partners, and stakeholders. The role also contributes to change management and commercial impact assessments across project delivery.

Inspect, test, and verify control panels, MCCs, and automation systems before dispatch. Perform visual, mechanical, electrical, insulation resistance, continuity, polarity, functional, and operational testing. Maintain traceability and compliance records, support FATs and audits, identify non-conformances, assist with fault-finding and rectification, and ensure assemblies meet BS EN 61439-2, client specifications, safety requirements, and internal quality procedures.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, professional, and site-based roles throughout the UK. Responsibilities include vacancy briefing, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, agency liaison, compliance with Right to Work and GDPR, pre-employment checks, onboarding, ATS administration, recruitment reporting, and process improvement. The role also supports early careers recruitment and hiring for engineering, construction, infrastructure, water, and energy projects.
