Supervise electrical teams and subcontractors delivering industrial water-project installations. Oversee containment, cabling, control panels, MCCs, motors, pumps, instrumentation interfaces, testing, commissioning, and compliance with UK regulations and project standards. Lead toolbox talks, risk assessments, safe-isolation procedures, quality inspections, documentation, progress reporting, and coordination with civil, mechanical, process, client, and supplier teams.

Leads complex EICA engineering projects, designing systems, components, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation. Oversees scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, compliance, and sustainability. Supervises and mentors engineering staff, provides technical guidance, resolves challenging design issues, supports project leadership, and communicates with clients, partners, and stakeholders. The role also contributes to change management and commercial impact assessments across project delivery.
