Support regional investment team in sourcing, underwriting, diligence, closing, and asset management. Build financial models (Excel, Argus), prepare investment memos, coordinate due diligence, interact with legal/consultants, and monitor investments post-close.

Support property management with tenant communications, lease administration, monthly reporting, rent collection, A/R and A/P processing, vendor and insurance management, and day-to-day building operations.

Support regional business development and client leasing with creation and production of proposals, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and event materials. Manage project timelines, collaborate with brokers and leadership, perform property research, produce tour books, and assist with event coordination. Requires strong visual storytelling, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365 proficiency, and the ability to handle fast-paced deadlines.
