Manage strategic and operational projects across Transurban’s NSW assets, improving asset performance, customer outcomes, sustainability, and business value. The role involves stakeholder engagement with government agencies, joint venture partners, and internal teams; developing business cases and executive briefings; applying governance, risk management, commercial judgment, and data-informed problem solving; and identifying innovation and continuous improvement opportunities.

Delivers financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, and performance insights. Partners with Finance and business stakeholders to translate complex information into actionable recommendations, improve decision-making, challenge assumptions, assess risks, and strengthen business resilience. Drives continuous improvement through automation, AI-enabled forecasting, data literacy, and streamlined finance processes while supporting knowledge sharing and team capability development.

Provide strategic financial leadership to Technology and operational teams. Advise leaders on business cases, budgeting, capital expenditure, investment performance, and cost optimization. Build financial models, analyze complex data, track capital allocations, support project portfolios, and translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. The role requires commercial acumen, collaboration, adaptability, critical thinking, and experience working in complex matrix organizations.

Provides administrative and executive support to the Legal Leadership Team, coordinating meetings, schedules, onboarding, travel, events, learning sessions, records, invoices, suppliers, and team operations. Supports legal operations initiatives, process improvements, technology adoption, information management, and stakeholder relationships across multiple locations.

Lead valuation, financial modelling and analysis to support strategic investment, financing and capital strategy for major infrastructure projects. Prepare Board and executive papers, support audits, ARA processes, post-implementation reviews, and stakeholder engagement to inform investment decision-making and group financial metrics.
