Provides specialist advice on complex workplace relations matters, including disputes, grievances, misconduct, performance, capacity, investigations, and case management. Interprets employment legislation, enterprise agreements, modern awards, contracts, policies, and procedures. Coaches leaders and People and Culture colleagues, supports enterprise bargaining, develops workplace relations guidance, and contributes to governance, compliance, culture, and strategic initiatives.

Supports corporate tax compliance, tax effect accounting, technical research, advisory papers, and tax structuring for major infrastructure projects. The role coordinates tax returns with external advisers and Finance, maintains CCH Integrator and Workday fixed asset systems, and communicates complex tax matters to senior stakeholders while managing deadlines and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead valuation, financial modelling and analysis to support strategic investment, financing and capital strategy for major infrastructure projects. Prepare Board and executive papers, support audits, ARA processes, post-implementation reviews, and stakeholder engagement to inform investment decision-making and group financial metrics.

Handle escalated customer complaints via phone and email, investigate complex cases end-to-end, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, apply authorised remedies, identify systemic issues, and provide clear written and verbal updates to achieve fair outcomes while improving processes.

Lead design and delivery of integration solutions connecting customer, tolling, billing, and digital platforms. Translate architecture into execution-ready designs, guide teams on integration patterns (APIs, event-driven), promote AWS, microservices, Java best practices, and support operational readiness, CI/CD, and secure payment integrations while collaborating with architects, delivery teams, and stakeholders.

Lead planning and delivery of a portfolio of capital maintenance and enhancement programs for road assets. Manage governance, risk, finances, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional teams. Drive continuous improvement, apply data and AI literacy to decision-making, and develop high-performing teams to deliver safe, reliable, and long-lasting outcomes.
