Lead end-to-end delivery of ITS, roadside technology, OT/IT and infrastructure projects for NorthConnex. Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, integrations and stakeholder engagement through to operational handover.

Manage end-to-end payroll operations for a medium-sized workforce: process payroll, handle queries, prepare estimates and reports, ensure compliance and audit readiness, identify system/data issues, drive automation and self-service, and occasionally act as Payroll Operations Manager.

Drive continuous improvement, apply data and AI literacy to decision-making, and develop high-performing teams to deliver safe, reliable, and long-lasting outcomes.

Lead valuation, financial modelling and analysis to support strategic investment, financing and capital strategy for major infrastructure projects. Prepare Board and executive papers, support audits, ARA processes, post-implementation reviews, and stakeholder engagement to inform investment decision-making and group financial metrics.

Lead and coach a specialist customer support team assisting customers in hardship; drive process improvement, collaborate with community partners, analyze performance and customer data, and report insights to leadership to improve outcomes.

18-month rotational graduate program (starting Jan 2027) offering streams in Technology, Data, AI and Digital Marketing. Graduates will rotate across teams, work on projects using emerging technologies and data, receive coaching, cohort learning, and contribute to connected mobility solutions.

The Finance Partner will support the Customer and Technology business by providing strategic financial insights, leading budgeting and forecasting, and managing financial risks. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, developing financial models, and collaborating on financial reporting.
