Advise leaders, manage stakeholder relationships, support communications during change and growth, and use feedback, insights, data, and AI literacy to improve engagement. The role requires strategic thinking, commercial awareness, adaptability, strong storytelling, and confidence learning publishing platforms such as SharePoint and Staffbase.

Drive secure software development practices, partner with engineering and architecture teams, automate security controls, investigate vulnerabilities, and improve application security across technology platforms. The role focuses on secure-by-design delivery, AI-enabled security capabilities, continuous validation, stakeholder coaching, and balancing security with commercial and customer priorities.

Manage strategic and operational projects across Transurban’s NSW assets, improving asset performance, customer outcomes, sustainability, and business value. The role involves stakeholder engagement with government agencies, joint venture partners, and internal teams; developing business cases and executive briefings; applying governance, risk management, commercial judgment, and data-informed problem solving; and identifying innovation and continuous improvement opportunities.
