Create and maintain electrical control schematics and smart symbols in AutoCAD Electrical, manage BOMs and ERP cross-references (Syspro), maintain Autodesk Vault file structures, produce enclosure and manufacturing drawings, update as-built documentation and manuals, and support automation and software teams with drawing standards and development procedures.

Lead regional business development for propane, butane, and LNG systems across the Gulf Coast. Conduct market research, generate leads, develop proposals, build client relationships, attend industry events, collaborate with engineering and project teams, produce quotes, and track sales activities using CRM. Travel up to 50%.

Manage multiple construction projects for cryogenic and mechanical systems from proposal through turnover. Oversee schedules, budgets, documentation, field crews, subcontractors, materials, change orders, invoicing, and customer communications while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Perform pipe layout, measuring, marking, assembly and securement per specifications; operate power tools and overhead cranes; apply safe rigging and lifting practices; inspect work before welding and follow company QA/QC and safety policies.

Support procurement by sourcing materials and services, issuing RFQs and POs, tracking deliveries, maintaining vendor records and compliance, coordinating with project teams, verifying invoices, and assisting with returns and warranty claims.

Read isometric drawings and blueprints to layout, cut, thread, bend, weld, assemble and install industrial pipe systems. Perform hydrostatic/pressure and leak testing, troubleshoot and repair piping, follow OSHA safety and rigging procedures, and work at heights or in confined spaces.

Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules in Procore for industrial construction and fabrication projects. Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, procurement, and subcontractors to track progress, identify critical paths, produce reports/dashboards, forecast manpower and materials, and improve scheduling processes.

Support manufacturing facility financial operations including month-end close, cost and inventory accounting, job costing, intercompany reconciliations, ERP implementation support, financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and process improvements to ensure GAAP compliance and operational profitability.

Read and interpret blueprints; plan, measure, cut, thread, assemble and weld pipe systems; secure piping with brackets/clamps; operate rigging and overhead cranes; perform repairs and maintenance; follow codes and safety procedures; work in confined spaces and at heights, lift up to 50 lbs.

Support Power BI reporting and Microsoft Fabric data assets, validate data quality, assist automation and early AI pilots, perform Excel/SQL/Python analysis, document metrics and business rules, and collaborate with business teams across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management.
