Design and implement industrial control systems for biogas projects including PLC programming, I&C specifications, control narratives, UL panel drawings, HAZOP participation, commissioning, field troubleshooting, and cross-discipline coordination to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Design and implement industrial control systems for biogas utilization projects: review PFDs/P&IDs, develop I&C specs and control narratives, perform PLC programming (Studio 5000), support HAZOPs, commissioning, field troubleshooting, and interface with project teams and contractors.

Read isometric drawings and blueprints to fabricate, install, weld, test, and maintain high-pressure industrial piping systems. Perform cutting, threading, bending, MIG/TIG/Stick welding, hydrostatic and leak tests, rigging, and safe crane operations while following OSHA and PPE safety protocols. Work may require confined-space entry and heights up to 25 feet.

Operate manual machining equipment to produce heat exchanger components, performing boring and turning per prints and tolerances. Perform precision measurements, calculate dimensions, handle materials with overhead cranes and lift trucks, and use hand/power tools. Follow procedures, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team on a night-shift schedule.

Create and maintain electrical control schematics and smart symbols in AutoCAD Electrical, manage BOMs and ERP cross-references (Syspro), maintain Autodesk Vault file structures, produce enclosure and manufacturing drawings, update as-built documentation and manuals, and support automation and software teams with drawing standards and development procedures.

Produce and audit BOMs, manage As-Built documentation, and maintain file structures in Autodesk Vault. Convert product drawings, improve enclosure manufacturing details, and support ERP (Syspro) cross-referencing and procurement visibility. Assist engineering and automation teams with technical documentation and development processes.

Manage multiple construction projects for cryogenic and mechanical systems from proposal through turnover. Oversee schedules, budgets, documentation, field crews, subcontractors, materials, change orders, invoicing, and customer communications while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Lead regional business development for propane, butane, and LNG systems across the Gulf Coast. Conduct market research, generate leads, develop proposals, build client relationships, attend industry events, collaborate with engineering and project teams, produce quotes, and track sales activities using CRM. Travel up to 50%.

Lead technical strategy, R&D, and innovation for heat transfer products. Provide subject-matter expertise on exchanger design, performance, troubleshooting, and technology roadmaps. Drive product improvements, IP development, cross-functional problem solving, and talent development while representing the company in industry forums.

Perform pipe layout, measuring, marking, assembly and securement per specifications; operate power tools and overhead cranes; apply safe rigging and lifting practices; inspect work before welding and follow company QA/QC and safety policies.

Support procurement by sourcing materials and services, issuing RFQs and POs, tracking deliveries, maintaining vendor records and compliance, coordinating with project teams, verifying invoices, and assisting with returns and warranty claims.

Produce high-volume design and content across multiple B2B industrial brands, including presentations, collateral, digital campaign assets, trade show graphics, and HubSpot-published content. Apply brand standards across brands, support technical content creation with subject-matter experts, manage multiple projects to deadline, and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and events.

Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules in Procore for industrial construction and fabrication projects. Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, procurement, and subcontractors to track progress, identify critical paths, produce reports/dashboards, forecast manpower and materials, and improve scheduling processes.

Support manufacturing facility financial operations including month-end close, cost and inventory accounting, job costing, intercompany reconciliations, ERP implementation support, financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and process improvements to ensure GAAP compliance and operational profitability.
