The role also supports acquisitions, legacy ERP rationalization, Microsoft Fabric integrations, AI-enabled workflows, and development of internal ERP capabilities.

Leads safety programs across fabrication facilities in Beaumont and Houston, including OSHA compliance, risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations, training, and safety audits. Drives continuous improvement through 6S audits, Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, process optimization, waste reduction, KPI tracking, and productivity initiatives. Partners with employees and leaders to strengthen safety culture and operational effectiveness.

Owns TransTech’s ERP transformation, roadmap, governance, implementation, integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support. Leads future-state process design across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Project Management while coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners. The role manages ERP configuration, security, data quality, reporting, acquisitions, system rationalization, change management, training, and continuous improvement. It also mentors team members and supports enterprise data platform integrations, including Microsoft Fabric.

Produces electrical schematics, enclosure drawings, technical documentation, and Syspro BOMs. Maintains as-built documentation and supports software and automation development processes.

Owns electrical control system documentation, AutoCAD Electrical standards, smart symbol libraries, PDM file management, legacy drawing migration, BOM accuracy, and Autodesk Vault organization. Produces electrical schematics, enclosure drawings, BOMs, as-built documentation, manuals, and technical packages for special projects and standard products. Partners with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and software teams to improve documentation quality, change management, and automation procedures.

Create graphics, carousels, short-form videos, reels, captions, and other social media content across multiple company brands. Support content calendar execution, organize reviews, brainstorm campaigns, and use AI tools such as Claude for research and creative workflows. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams in a fast-paced environment while managing deadlines, feedback, and multiple projects.

Provides senior technical leadership for biogas utilization and renewable energy projects. Develops process designs, design bases, flow diagrams, equipment specifications, control philosophies, and safety documentation. Performs advanced process calculations and sizing for equipment, piping, controls, and relief systems. Supports permitting, construction, contractor RFIs, HAZOPs, operations troubleshooting, and system optimization while mentoring engineers and improving design standards. Requires cross-functional collaboration, code compliance, and up to 20% travel.

Leads process engineering for biogas utilization and renewable energy EPC projects. Develops design bases, flow diagrams, equipment specifications, P&IDs, control philosophies, safety reviews, engineering calculations, and technical reports. Coordinates multidisciplinary design, supports permitting and construction, resolves contractor RFIs, mentors engineers, and collaborates with operations to troubleshoot and optimize systems. Ensures compliance with ASME, API, ASTM, and other applicable standards.

Read isometric drawings and blueprints to fabricate, install, weld, test, and maintain high-pressure industrial piping systems. Perform cutting, threading, bending, MIG/TIG/Stick welding, hydrostatic and leak tests, rigging, and safe crane operations while following OSHA and PPE safety protocols. Work may require confined-space entry and heights up to 25 feet.

Operate manual machining equipment to produce heat exchanger components, performing boring and turning per prints and tolerances. Perform precision measurements, calculate dimensions, handle materials with overhead cranes and lift trucks, and use hand/power tools. Follow procedures, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team on a night-shift schedule.

Lead implementation and enforcement of HSE programs at a fabrication facility: perform inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, audits, regulatory compliance (including stormwater/VOC), and reporting while promoting a behavior-based safety culture.

Support procurement by sourcing materials and services, issuing RFQs and POs, tracking deliveries, maintaining vendor records and compliance, coordinating with project teams, verifying invoices, and assisting with returns and warranty claims.

Produce high-volume design and content across multiple B2B industrial brands, including presentations, collateral, digital campaign assets, trade show graphics, and HubSpot-published content.
