Supports project managers in planning and executing industrial construction projects, tracking schedules, budgets, labor, quality, documentation, invoices, and change orders. Coordinates field crews, materials, subcontractors, customers, and vendors while promoting safety and quality standards. Assists with project reporting, issue resolution, financial processes, turnover packages, and closeout activities. The role requires construction project or field experience, knowledge of ASME welding standards, and familiarity with industrial, energy, gas processing, or air separation projects.

Owns electrical control system documentation, CAD standards, smart symbol libraries, PDM file governance, legacy drawing migration, and BOM accuracy across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing. Produces electrical schematics, enclosure drawings, technical documentation, and Syspro BOMs. Maintains as-built documentation and supports software and automation development processes.

Owns electrical control system documentation, AutoCAD Electrical standards, smart symbol libraries, PDM file management, legacy drawing migration, BOM accuracy, and Autodesk Vault organization. Produces electrical schematics, enclosure drawings, BOMs, as-built documentation, manuals, and technical packages for special projects and standard products. Partners with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and software teams to improve documentation quality, change management, and automation procedures.
