Perform ASME calculations and design pressure vessels and related equipment using Codeware Compress, review/approve fabrication drawings, prepare design packages, estimate materials/labor, support shop floor and customers, and participate in continuous improvement and DfSS activities (FEA, FMEA).

Design pressure vessels and heat exchangers to ASME and industry standards using Codeware Compress and 3D CAD. Prepare and review drawings, calculations, BOMs, and weld maps; support shop floor, vendors, and project teams; estimate costs and contribute to continuous improvement and DFM/FMEA/FEA activities.

Design and implement industrial control systems for biogas utilization projects: review PFDs/P&IDs, develop I&C specs and control narratives, perform PLC programming (Studio 5000), support HAZOPs, commissioning, field troubleshooting, and interface with project teams and contractors.
