It also assists with collections, onboarding, proposals, compliance records, and process improvements. Occasional travel of up to 10% is required.

Owns ERP data migration from legacy systems to IFS Cloud, including extraction, profiling, cleansing, mapping, mock loads, reconciliation, cutover, and business sign-off. Establishes enterprise master data governance for items, customers, and vendors. Builds Microsoft Fabric data pipelines and Power BI models, automates validation, and maintains data quality controls. Collaborates with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and implementation partners while documenting standards, training data owners, and supporting agile delivery.

Develops regional energy-sector business by researching markets, generating leads, preparing proposals and quotes, negotiating contracts, and building customer relationships. Promotes propane, butane, and LNG systems through presentations, site reviews, conferences, and industry meetings. Collaborates with engineering, project management, and marketing teams, tracks sales activity in Salesforce, and reports on market trends and progress toward sales targets. The role requires up to 50% travel across the Gulf Coast region.

Supports Power BI reporting, Microsoft Fabric data organization, data quality validation, KPI tracking, reconciliations, documentation, and ad hoc analysis. Assists with Power Automate workflows, digital transformation, and emerging AI initiatives, including source-data preparation and solution testing. Collaborates with business and technical teams across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management while helping improve reporting reliability and business processes.

Supports procurement for construction projects by sourcing materials and subcontracted services, preparing RFQs and purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining vendor and compliance records, coordinating with project teams and suppliers, verifying invoices and delivery documentation, and assisting with procurement reporting, returns, changes, and warranty claims.

Owns the ERP roadmap, governance, implementation, integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support. Leads future-state process design, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, vendor and partner coordination, change management, and continuous improvement across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Project functions. Maintains hands-on responsibility for ERP configuration, troubleshooting, security, data quality, reporting, and acquisition integration while developing internal ERP capabilities.

Create presentations, brochures, case studies, digital campaigns, trade show materials, and social media assets across multiple industrial brands. Publish content in HubSpot, maintain brand standards, support technical marketing communications, assist with brand integration, and manage multiple fast-turnaround assignments. The role also contributes creative ideas to campaigns, launches, and events while applying strong writing, editing, and presentation design skills.

Create graphics, carousels, short-form videos, reels, captions, and other social media content for multiple company brands. Support content calendar planning, creative brainstorming, campaign development, review workflows, and AI-assisted marketing tasks. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams while managing multiple deadlines, incorporating feedback, and producing polished content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.

Owns the ERP roadmap, governance, implementation, integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support. Leads future-state process design across finance, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and project management while managing vendors, implementation partners, change adoption, and acquisition integration. The role also provides hands-on ERP configuration, troubleshooting, security, data governance, continuous improvement, and team development, with responsibility for scaling enterprise systems across a growing multi-site organization.

Owns electrical control system documentation, CAD standards, smart symbol libraries, PDM file management, legacy drawing migration, BOM integrity, and Autodesk Vault organization. Produces electrical drawing packages, enclosure manufacturing drawings, as-built documentation, manuals, and technical documentation. Collaborates with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and software teams to maintain accurate production documentation and improve electrical design processes.

Own the ERP roadmap, governance, implementation, and ongoing enterprise systems operating model. Lead full-cycle ERP implementations, process design, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, support, upgrades, and continuous improvement. Partner with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Projects, and Supply Chain while managing vendors and implementation partners. The role also supports AI-enabled workflows, Microsoft Fabric integrations, acquisitions, change management, training, and development of internal ERP capabilities.

Owns electrical control system documentation, AutoCAD Electrical standards, smart symbol libraries, PDM change management, and legacy drawing migration. Maintains Autodesk Vault file structures, BOM accuracy, Syspro integration, enclosure drawings, as-built documentation, manuals, and production-ready drawing packages. Supports manufacturing, procurement, and automation teams while ensuring accurate and standardized electrical design documentation.
