Supports renewable natural gas operations through contract administration, billing, invoicing, project coordination, reporting, documentation, and customer communications. The role tracks contractual obligations, billing milestones, purchase orders, renewals, environmental credits, and operational deliverables while coordinating with Operations, Finance, Project Management, customers, vendors, and subcontractors. It also assists with collections, onboarding, proposals, compliance records, and process improvements. Occasional travel of up to 10% is required.

Owns ERP data migration from legacy systems to IFS Cloud, including extraction, profiling, cleansing, mapping, mock loads, reconciliation, cutover, and business sign-off. Establishes enterprise master data governance for items, customers, and vendors. Builds Microsoft Fabric data pipelines and Power BI models, automates validation, and maintains data quality controls. Collaborates with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and implementation partners while documenting standards, training data owners, and supporting agile delivery.

Develops regional energy-sector business by researching markets, generating leads, preparing proposals and quotes, negotiating contracts, and building customer relationships. Promotes propane, butane, and LNG systems through presentations, site reviews, conferences, and industry meetings. Collaborates with engineering, project management, and marketing teams, tracks sales activity in Salesforce, and reports on market trends and progress toward sales targets. The role requires up to 50% travel across the Gulf Coast region.
