Lead strategy, roadmap, requirements, and cross-functional delivery for EnergyFluo, an AI-driven energy and operations platform. Drive the platform from initial deployment to scalable multi-customer delivery, oversee integrations with building and energy systems, establish AI safety and auditability practices, partner with security and customer-facing teams, and build the product management function. The role requires technical product leadership, enterprise software experience, and collaboration with distributed engineering teams.

Supports federal, state, local, and indirect tax compliance, reporting, planning, audits, tax research, tax provision activities, and process improvements. The role prepares tax workpapers and filings, analyzes tax law developments, coordinates with internal teams and external advisors, maintains documentation, and supports tax-related projects, with emphasis on state and local taxation in a renewable energy company.

Manages treasury and project finance operations for renewable energy projects, including non-recourse debt servicing, project finance closings, covenant reporting, cash management across more than 100 bank accounts, forecasting, distributable cash calculations, margin calls, interest rate swaps, hedging, and treasury controls.

Supports the design, development, construction, commissioning, and operation of utility-scale battery storage and solar projects. Responsibilities include reviewing technical documents and contracts, managing engineering consultants and vendors, developing specifications and bid packages, coordinating permitting and construction support, reviewing system designs, supervising testing and commissioning, and monitoring asset performance and PPA obligations.

Provide legal support for renewable energy project financings, including project-level debt, tax equity, tax credit transfers, and back-leverage transactions. Draft and negotiate financing, security, intercreditor, depositary, and tax equity documents; coordinate due diligence; advise on PPAs, hedges, EPC and equipment supply agreements; support project company governance, compliance, M&A, sales, and refinancing; manage outside counsel and transaction execution.

The Senior Project Engineer leads utility-scale battery and solar projects, managing design, installations, and coordination with partners while ensuring compliance and performance tracking.

Analyze market, pricing, and operational time-series data to support asset optimization, cash trading, risk monitoring, settlement validation, and portfolio decision-making. Build and automate data pipelines, reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools; support onboarding of assets and evolving market rule monitoring while collaborating with trading, operations, finance, and counterparties.

Lead late-stage development through commercial operation for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, vendors, construction teams, and stakeholder communications. Set up project and cost management tools, supervise reporting, approve contracts and change orders, and ensure compliance with IA/PPA and financing requirements to deliver projects on time, budget, and quality.
