Lead the architecture, development, and commercialization of an energy optimization platform for flexible data center operations. Integrate optimization, controls, agentic AI, power systems, BESS, cooling, compute orchestration, grid interaction, and real-time capacity analysis. Provide legal support for renewable energy project financings, including project-level debt, tax equity, tax credit transfers, and back-leverage transactions. Draft and negotiate financing, security, intercreditor, depositary, and tax equity documents; coordinate due diligence; advise on PPAs, hedges, EPC and equipment supply agreements; support project company governance, compliance, M&A, sales, and refinancing; manage outside counsel and transaction execution.

The Senior Project Engineer leads utility-scale battery and solar projects, managing design, installations, and coordination with partners while ensuring compliance and performance tracking.

Analyze market, pricing, and operational time-series data to support asset optimization, cash trading, risk monitoring, settlement validation, and portfolio decision-making. Build and automate data pipelines, reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools; support onboarding of assets and evolving market rule monitoring while collaborating with trading, operations, finance, and counterparties.

Lead late-stage development through commercial operation for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, vendors, construction teams, and stakeholder communications. Set up project and cost management tools, supervise reporting, approve contracts and change orders, and ensure compliance with IA/PPA and financing requirements to deliver projects on time, budget, and quality.
