Supports financial and operational management of renewable energy assets through reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and performance analytics. Reviews expenses and invoices, reconciles market settlements, monitors asset performance and market participation, maintains reporting controls, and supports contractual and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with finance, accounting, operations, commercial teams, market operators, scheduling coordinators, and external stakeholders.

The Procurement Associate manages subcontract and supplier procurement from RFP through contract execution for renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing RFPs, evaluating bids, supporting contract and change order administration, negotiating commercial terms, monitoring supplier compliance, tracking costs and approvals, maintaining procurement records, and coordinating PWA, ITC, insurance, and other project requirements. The role requires collaboration with project stakeholders and offers growth toward procurement management.

Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, benefits, employee relations, leave administration, compliance, reporting, and multi-state workforce support. Partner with HR leadership, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, vendors, managers, and employees to improve processes, maintain accurate records, administer programs, and support employee experience in a growing organization.
