Lead the architecture, development, and commercialization of an energy optimization platform for flexible data center operations. Integrate optimization, controls, agentic AI, power systems, BESS, cooling, compute orchestration, grid interaction, and real-time capacity analysis. Establish scalable products, pilots, deployment models, KPIs, and managed services that unlock additional compute capacity, improve infrastructure utilization, reduce costs, defer upgrades, and create grid-service value.

Provide legal support for renewable energy project financings, including project-level debt, tax equity, tax credit transfers, and back-leverage transactions. Draft and negotiate financing, security, intercreditor, depositary, and tax equity documents; coordinate due diligence; advise on PPAs, hedges, EPC and equipment supply agreements; support project company governance, compliance, M&A, sales, and refinancing; manage outside counsel and transaction execution.

The Senior Project Engineer leads utility-scale battery and solar projects, managing design, installations, and coordination with partners while ensuring compliance and performance tracking.
