Lead TransferGo's Growth Optimisation function to drive activation, engagement, retention, product adoption and referrals. Build experimentation frameworks, AI-enabled lifecycle automation, CRM and referral engines, partner with Product, Pricing, Data and Engineering to identify, validate and scale growth opportunities focused on increasing Incremental MAU.

Own global and corridor pricing strategy, build revenue and take-rate models, run pricing experiments, embed pricing into product, advise C-suite, and lead cross-functional monetisation initiatives to optimise long-term LTV and margins.

Partner with the CEO to own and deliver high-stakes cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, including strategic partnerships, consumer business development, process ownership mapping, and representing the CEO externally. Operate independently, structure ambiguous priorities, track goals, and perform hands-on execution until a project pipeline is established.

Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile; translate product requirements into UX/UI solutions; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing; use research and data to inform decisions; contribute to and maintain a design system; run critiques, stay close to users, and advocate for design across the organisation.
