Leads global organic growth across technical and international SEO, AI search visibility, website conversion, and content discoverability. Owns the organic growth and website roadmap, improves customer acquisition through non-paid channels, develops AEO and GEO strategies, manages analytics and reporting, and partners with Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing, Design, and Compliance to deliver measurable growth.

Build and operate production data pipelines covering ingestion, transformation, orchestration, monitoring, and data quality. Develop dbt models, author and debug Airflow DAGs, provision AWS infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code, and maintain CI/CD using GitHub Actions. Support AI-ready data initiatives and Redshift access, while owning requirements through deployment and incident resolution. The role requires strong Python, SQL, AWS, analytical data modeling, autonomy, and stakeholder collaboration.

Build and operate production data pipelines, dbt models, Airflow DAGs, and AWS infrastructure as code. Own ingestion, transformation, orchestration, monitoring, data quality, observability, and CI/CD. Support AI-ready data initiatives and Redshift access, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide end-to-end ownership from requirements through troubleshooting. The role requires strong Python, SQL, AWS, analytical data modeling, infrastructure-as-code, and autonomous problem-solving skills.

Own TransferGo’s global organic growth strategy across search engines, AI discovery platforms, and its marketing website. Lead technical and international SEO, AEO, GEO, content discoverability, website conversion optimization, experimentation, analytics, and organic growth roadmaps. Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, Design, Marketing, and Compliance to increase qualified non-paid customer acquisition, improve AI visibility, strengthen localized experiences, and connect performance reporting to commercial outcomes.

Partners with Product, Engineering, Design, Content, Marketing, Brand, and Compliance teams while managing agencies and technology partners.

Develop and improve monolith and microservice systems, internal developer tooling, workflows, and engineering productivity. Improve code quality, performance, and maintainability; resolve cross-team technical blockers; and support AI adoption across engineering. The role requires production experience with PHP or .NET, databases, Dockerized environments, and CI/CD, with opportunities to learn .NET and additional cloud technologies.
