Own global and corridor pricing strategy, build revenue and take-rate models, run pricing experiments, embed pricing into product, advise C-suite, and lead cross-functional monetisation initiatives to optimise long-term LTV and margins.

Partner with the CEO to own and deliver high-stakes cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, including strategic partnerships, consumer business development, process ownership mapping, and representing the CEO externally. Operate independently, structure ambiguous priorities, track goals, and perform hands-on execution until a project pipeline is established.

Develop and improve monolith and microservice systems, internal developer tooling, workflows, and engineering productivity. Improve code quality, performance, and maintainability; resolve cross-team technical blockers; and support AI adoption across engineering. The role requires production experience with PHP or .NET, databases, Dockerized environments, and CI/CD, with opportunities to learn .NET and additional cloud technologies.
