The role supports sales effectiveness, bovine management expertise, employee development, and alignment between training initiatives and business outcomes.

Participate in PEAK’s production livestock internship, working with elite bulls and learning bovine semen collection, processing, and laboratory production. Conduct an individual research project and gain exposure to agriculture, genetics, reproductive products, and related career opportunities. The 12-week internship is based in Shawano, Wisconsin, from May through August 2027, with housing or a housing stipend provided depending on location.

Performs bovine IVF laboratory procedures, including semen preparation, fertilization, embryo culture, embryo evaluation, grading, and freezing. Maintains laboratory records, completes data entry, supports quality control, and participates in embryology training.
