Owns the master production schedule and develops production, staffing, load, and capacity plans across short- and long-term horizons. Balances demand, labor, inventory, materials, and manufacturing constraints through S&OP/SIOP processes. Leads scenario planning, resolves capacity and material risks, facilitates planning meetings, monitors operational metrics, maintains planning data, and drives continuous improvement. Partners with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and leadership to support operating-plan execution.

Manages commercial relationships with Toyota and other customers, handling sales communications, pricing and tooling negotiations, discrepancies, RFQs, customer expectations, profitability targets, and sales strategy support. Builds customer relationships, maintains satisfaction, communicates market information internally, follows IATF and ISO procedures, supports quality and environmental policies, and mentors junior account representatives.

Manages North American customs and trade compliance strategy, governance, risk mitigation, and regulatory reporting across the company. Oversees tariff classification, customs valuation, rules of origin, duty recovery, reconciliations, audits, corrective actions, broker performance, and third-party trade service providers. Partners with cross-functional teams and represents the organization with CBP and industry associations. Requires extensive customs and international trade expertise, leadership experience, and knowledge of USMCA and related trade programs.
