Manage full-cycle recruiting and staffing across the organization: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Maintain ATS and HR records, ensure hiring compliance, support employee relations, policy interpretation, reporting, and HR projects to improve engagement and retention. Must support multiple shifts in a manufacturing environment.

Manage commercial relationships with assigned automotive customers, resolve sales and financial discrepancies, negotiate pricing and design/obsolescence issues, communicate customer expectations internally, develop sales strategy, monitor profitability, and support IATF/ISO quality and environmental processes to meet corporate profit targets.
