Participate in full-cycle ERP/CRM implementation projects: gather requirements, map processes, configure solutions (NetSuite/Boomi), create test cases, support go-live and post-implementation adoption, and communicate with customers and internal teams.

The Salesforce Consultant will implement and support cloud solutions, conduct business process mapping, and optimize user adoption through full-cycle project participation.

The Tech Lead manages the development team, ensures software quality, and leads AI and Machine Learning solutions, coordinating engineers and overseeing MLOps.
