Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, attendance, compliance, documentation, inventory, and workflow processes. Support the Clinic Operations Manager, resolve operational challenges, lead process improvements, review reports, maintain audit readiness, and provide operational direction to staff. Collaborate with clinical leadership, HR, and regional teams while assuming appropriate manager responsibilities when needed.

Provide clinical ABA services, conduct functional behavior assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs and behavior technicians, analyze client data, train caregivers, maintain documentation, and collaborate with clinical teams. The role supports up to eight clients with in-clinic and in-home services, a Monday-Friday schedule, operational support, clinical mentorship, and professional development.

Provides individualized Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children in clinic and home settings, implements BCBA-developed treatment plans, teaches communication and adaptive skills, manages behavior, collects session data, completes documentation, and collaborates with families and clinical teams. Requires active RBT certification, ABA therapy experience, reliable transportation, communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work actively on the floor.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical, administrative, and operational roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, conducting screenings and interviews, coordinating hiring processes, tracking recruiting metrics, optimizing job postings, developing creative recruiting strategies, and partnering with clinic leadership. The role also involves university and community outreach, recruiting events, candidate record maintenance, and compliance with hiring practices.

Leads clinical quality for an ABA clinic while maintaining a small caseload. Oversees treatment planning, assessments, documentation, payer compliance, audits, data-driven programming, caregiver training, and clinical outcomes. Mentors and develops BCBAs and RBTs, supports clinical leadership, and partners with Operations on staffing, scheduling, capacity, KPIs, and growth. Ensures ethical, individualized care and continuous improvement while maintaining approximately 18 weekly direct clinical hours.

Lead and manage daily center operations partnering with clinical leadership to ensure staffing, scheduling, client utilization, KPI tracking, financial targets, onboarding, compliance, and continuous improvement to drive center performance and positive team and family experiences.

Provide supervised ABA services by implementing individualized programs, delivering 1:1 or small-group sessions, collecting and summarizing data, drafting documentation, participating in supervision, supporting clinic operations and safety, and assisting BCBAs with treatment fidelity and program updates while remaining within scope of supervision.
