Teams at Training Wheels ABA

Provides applied behavior analysis services, including functional behavior assessments, individualized treatment planning, clinical supervision of RBTs and behavior technicians, data analysis, caregiver training, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The BCBA manages a maximum caseload of eight clients in clinic-based and in-home settings while participating in case consultation, staff development, and clinical training.

Conducts initial and reassessment ABA evaluations, prepares payer-ready treatment recommendations, supports authorization and appeals, reviews clinical documentation, trains RBTs, mentors clinicians, and leads organization-wide quality, standardization, and process-improvement initiatives across multiple locations.

Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, attendance, compliance, documentation, inventory, and workflow processes. Support the Clinic Operations Manager, resolve operational challenges, lead process improvements, review reports, maintain audit readiness, and provide operational direction to staff. Collaborate with clinical leadership, HR, and regional teams while assuming appropriate manager responsibilities when needed.
