Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create engaging content, captions, and posts; plan and execute campaigns; monitor trends and audience engagement; track performance and prepare basic reports; and coordinate with design and content teams.

Provides on-site desktop and laptop troubleshooting, Windows installation and configuration, LAN/WAN and network equipment support, CCTV and surveillance system assistance, firewall and network security support, server and IT infrastructure maintenance, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Negotiate vendor pricing, payment terms, and contracts; prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation; coordinate internal purchasing needs; track deliveries; maintain vendor and procurement records; monitor inventory and replenishment; resolve supplier discrepancies; and prepare purchasing reports. The role requires strong negotiation, vendor management, communication, analytical, organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
