Coordinates installation and service schedules, validates work orders, updates customer records, supports field staff, and resolves operational issues. Reviews contractor invoices and purchase orders for accuracy while facilitating communication across departments. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, teamwork, telephone etiquette, and computer skills. This is a full-time Monday-to-Friday position with availability required between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
