The position:

As an Install Administrator, you’ll coordinate installation and service schedules while keeping work orders, billing records and reports accurate. This role combines customer service with detailed auditing, reconciliation and Excel work to support efficient operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Review and audit work orders, contractor invoices and purchase orders for accuracy and complete documentation.
• Reconcile billing data across systems and spreadsheets, investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Maintain Excel billing trackers, reconciliation spreadsheets and KPI reports.
• Schedule installation and service calls, maintaining accurate customer information and technician availability.
• Support field staff and work with internal teams to resolve scheduling, billing and documentation issues.

What you need to be successful:

• Strong Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formulas and lookup functions to compare and reconcile data.
• Experience reviewing invoices, purchase orders or billing records and maintaining accurate reports.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to manage detailed, high-volume work and competing deadlines.
• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills.
• Confidence using multiple computer systems and learning new software.

Availability:

This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:

Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 6:00pm

Compensation:

$17/hr - $19/hr
