The Social Media Manager will develop and execute organic social strategies across platforms, analyze trends, create engaging content, and track performance metrics to enhance user engagement and revenue.

Manage QA/QC for intimate apparel production: schedule and perform factory inspections to AQL 2.5, publish test reports within 24 hours, enforce Trafilea defect standards, maintain WIP/QC records, vet and rate factories, ensure approved standards and social compliance, drive continuous improvement and maintain the Quality Management System.

Manage logistics performance across fulfillment ecosystem, drive operational excellence, ensure SLA targets, lead 3PL partnerships, and implement AI improvements.
