Lead end-to-end wholesale programs across multiple teams, managing scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes. The role requires applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies, coordinating cross-functional teams, reporting program status to management, and using AI and automation to improve execution efficiency.

Manage and grow major retail accounts (Walmart, Kohl's, Belk), drive revenue and profitability across channels, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze sales and margin KPIs, and lead launches and international expansion initiatives.

Own the global FP&A function, including annual planning, forecasting, performance management, variance analysis, KPI development, budgeting, investor relations, capital markets, and fundraising. Partner with executives, the Board, investors, and cross-functional teams to improve profitability, cash flow, and resource allocation. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while delivering accurate, forward-looking financial insights.
