Manage creator communications across Discord and TikTok Shop, drive consistent content participation, track creator performance, identify high-potential partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase content, sales, and brand growth.

Own and scale native and programmatic paid acquisition campaigns across Taboola, Outbrain, and NewsBreak. Responsibilities include campaign optimization, creative and funnel testing, landing-page improvements, performance analysis, profitability diagnosis, and building a repeatable Native Ads playbook. The role also leads and coaches a Media Buyer while using metrics such as ROAS, CPC, add-to-cart, and initiate-checkout performance to drive profitable growth.
