Coordinate visual and video production, create short-form videos using traditional and AI tools, engage communities, monitor performance analytics, follow platform trends, and propose campaigns and content innovations.

Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive frontend applications using React and Next.js. Translate Figma designs into production-ready interfaces, integrate APIs and backend services, and work within a microservices architecture. Contribute to frontend architecture, technical decisions, code quality, troubleshooting, and performance improvements. Collaborate with the CTO and technology team while managing tasks through Jira and Slack.

Build and lead an outbound sales team to convert registered users into depositing customers, re-engage inactive users, and generate new business. Create scalable processes, call scripts, and KPIs; conduct sales calls; coach and review team performance; collaborate with CRM, marketing and operations; deliver commercial reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
