The role partners with managers and leadership to resolve employee issues, maintain a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Requirements include HR knowledge, strong communication and leadership skills, confidentiality, Microsoft Office and HRIS proficiency, plus eligibility to obtain gaming and ABLE licenses.

Leads Learning and Development strategy for hospitality and Food and Beverage teams. Develops digital, video, microlearning, and interactive training; maximizes LMS technology; builds leadership programs; measures effectiveness through data and analytics; explores AI and automation; modernizes training processes; and partners with HR and Operations to address performance gaps and support technology adoption.
