Oversee HR strategy, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits administration, employment-law compliance, HR records, and employee support. Collaborate with managers and senior leadership to address workforce issues and promote a positive organizational culture.

Develops and modernizes learning and development programs for hospitality and food-and-beverage teams. Responsibilities include managing learning technology and LMS platforms, creating digital and interactive training content, measuring effectiveness with data, developing leaders, applying AI and automation, improving manual processes, and partnering with HR and Operations to address performance gaps and technology adoption.

Supports HR administration, recruitment and onboarding, employee records, inquiries, training coordination, benefits administration, payroll data verification, reporting, and compliance. The role requires confidentiality, organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Candidates must be at least 21 and able to obtain applicable gaming and ABLE licenses.
