Coordinate preview workshops by preparing event spaces, greeting and checking in attendees, supporting presenters and online participants, assisting prospective students with enrollment, and maintaining accurate attendance and communication records in Salesforce. Answer questions, follow up with interested attendees, distribute event reports, and ensure a welcoming, organized experience. The role is part-time, onsite in San Diego, includes weekends and evenings, and requires local travel to remote events.

Deliver live presentations and workshops on financial education programs, explain investment and market concepts, guide prospective students through enrollment, and support sales and center initiatives. The role combines public speaking, consultative consumer sales, and financial education. Regional travel and weekend plus weekday availability are required.

Provides front desk and reception coverage at an educational training center. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors and students, answering calls, managing reception, coordinating mail and deliveries, ordering office supplies, scheduling conference rooms, supporting administrative projects, and maintaining an organized office environment. This is a temporary, part-time maternity leave coverage role working 24 hours per week from Monday through Wednesday.
