Supervises daily aviation operations center activities, including scheduling, dispatch, resource coordination, flight safety, SOP compliance, team performance, and client-focused service. Identifies and resolves operational risks, leads meetings, coaches employees, provides scheduling and dispatch coverage, supports hiring, and participates in on-call responsibilities.

Supervise Northeast airport ground operations, including concierge and ramp-agent scheduling, training, performance monitoring, facility readiness, inventories, catering supplies, crew cars, vendor coordination, and customer-service standards. Travel among regional stations to cover shifts, assist with ramp duties, support safety audits, and coordinate with internal departments. The role requires weekend and holiday flexibility, outdoor work, extended standing and walking, luggage handling, and lifting up to 75 pounds.

Manages financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, KPI analysis, and executive financial presentations. Analyzes performance drivers and variances across revenue, expenses, and profitability, provides actionable recommendations, and partners with business leaders to improve operational efficiency. Leads budget discussions, challenges assumptions, maintains reporting cadence, and drives continuous improvement of management information and reporting processes.
