Manage escalated, high-stakes trader cases and VIP relationships; act as liaison with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product; communicate difficult decisions empathetically; mediate resolutions, oversee account restrictions/closures, maintain audit-ready records, and recommend process improvements to protect brand reputation.

Supports the trading platform product roadmap by writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; managing backlog items; partnering with Engineering during Agile development; analyzing trader feedback, usage metrics, and experiments; coordinating user acceptance testing; and owning smaller features through launch. The role also collaborates with Design, Trading Operations, and Marketing, tracks competitors and fintech trends, and maintains product documentation and changelogs.

The Trader Support Specialist serves as the primary contact for traders, providing support via multiple channels, troubleshooting inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
