Lead industry alignment on economic and human-rights sustainability for agri-food supply chains by convening C-suite forums and Technical Working Groups, translating agreed methodologies into product features, tracking adoption and impact, conducting research on standards and regulation, and representing TRACT at events and partnerships.

Design and implement features across the stack using spec-driven development. Own system design, write and review specs/RFCs, implement with Python/FastAPI and React+TypeScript, work with PostgreSQL and BigQuery, shepherd major initiatives as lead engineer, and handle deployment, monitoring, and code review.
