The role partners with global marketing centers and revenue teams, adapts campaigns for the US, builds industry relationships, and establishes a scalable regional marketing function through hiring, systems, operating rhythms, and repeatable playbooks.

Own and grow Tracksuit’s agency partner network across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include sourcing new agency opportunities, presenting the platform’s value, onboarding and enabling partners, managing strategic accounts, driving referrals, conducting QBRs, tracking partnership KPIs, and collaborating with sales, marketing, customer, product, research, and global partnerships teams.

Own full-cycle recruitment across US and UK markets, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, contracts, and candidate experience. Lead onboarding for Northern Hemisphere hires, manage the New York office experience, coordinate vendors, support local People initiatives and compliance, strengthen employer branding, and optimize ATS and recruitment processes. The role partners with hiring managers and builds scalable talent and culture programs in a high-growth SaaS environment.
