Lead and grow Tracksuit's engineering function as the first Engineering Manager. Hire and develop engineers, uphold engineering practices, collaborate with product teams, contribute to roadmap and strategy, and drive high-quality product delivery while supporting company growth and culture.

Lead and grow the product management team during a ~12-month parental leave, shape product strategy, drive discovery and customer-first decision making, align product with company outcomes, partner across engineering, design, marketing and sales, and represent the company externally.
