Lead and develop a backend engineering team, owning delivery, architecture, production readiness, customer escalations, and technical decisions. Manage hiring, performance, roadmap execution, incident response, observability, deployment, and operational practices across distributed backend systems. Partner with customers, product, support, and technical leads while reviewing designs and debugging services built with Go, Node.js, cloud platforms, databases, messaging systems, and monitoring tools.

Lead and grow a backend engineering team, owning delivery, architecture, production readiness, incident response, and customer escalations.
