Provides L1 and L2 SaaS customer support, troubleshooting platform and data issues, and escalating complex problems. Supports customer data integrations from configuration through handover, delivers onboarding and training, helps customers interpret data, and partners with Customer Success, product, data, and engineering teams. Maintains support documentation, tracks recurring issues, contributes to usage reporting, and improves support workflows, service levels, and reporting through automation and AI tools.

Develop full-stack web applications and microservices across the entire feature lifecycle. Build AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, chat interfaces, and evaluation frameworks backed by Databricks. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams; contribute to architecture, testing, debugging, code reviews, mentorship, and process improvement. Integrate APIs, databases, and scalable services while participating in an on-call rotation and validating user-focused outcomes.
