Design, build, evaluate, and monitor ML and LLM-powered features for an influencer-marketing SaaS product. Partner with Product and Engineering on experimentation, production ML/AI deployments (classification, ranking, RAG/agents), evaluation pipelines, monitoring, and team enablement. Champion responsible, privacy-aware AI and create reusable assets to raise org-wide leverage.

The Senior Customer Success Manager will optimize client implementation and adoption of Traackr, ensuring successful influencer program management and delivering excellent experiences through tailored onboarding and proactive management.

The Revenue Accountant will manage end-to-end revenue accounting, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, and handling billing, collections, and multi-entity revenue operations in a SaaS environment.
