The Associate will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage project portfolios, align with strategic objectives, and improve business processes at TPG.

Support institutional sales and fundraising by managing client coverage, executing marketing outreach, coordinating RFP/DDQ responses, maintaining CRM records (Salesforce), preparing meeting follow-ups and research, and assisting event coordination. Oversee transfer agent and service-provider operations for TPG funds, including transaction processing, reporting, tax generation, compliance, cash reconciliation, onboarding, issue resolution, trade documentation, and client support. Partner with financial advisors, sales teams, fintech providers, legal, product, marketing, and other internal groups to resolve operational inquiries and ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain issue logs, perform reconciliations, and develop expertise in advisor platforms and processes.

Lead redesign and operational maturity of the firm's IGA program. Drive platform selection and implementation, design lifecycle and governance processes, integrate applications (notably Microsoft Entra ID), automate workflows, define KPIs and audit reporting, mentor team members, and partner with business and third-party advisors to ensure secure, compliant access management.

Lead technical accounting for public fund operations: determine accounting treatments, document policies, liaise with auditors, research and implement new pronouncements, maintain SOX controls, and drive consistency across fund accounting teams.

Deliver monthly and quarterly investor reports and performance materials by building and maintaining automated SQL/Python pipelines and Power BI dashboards from Databricks/SQL Server data. Partner with portfolio management, investor relations, and fund operations to gather requirements, validate data, resolve discrepancies, and improve reporting automation and documentation.

The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate manages full-cycle recruitment for experienced hires, builds talent pipelines, conducts market research, and partners with hiring managers to align talent strategies with business needs.
