Supports TPG’s sustainability analytics team by creating dashboards, automating reporting, improving data processes, and contributing to emissions accounting, regulatory reporting, physical climate risk assessments, and LP engagement. The role requires advanced data visualization, analytics, and reporting skills, along with interest in responsible investing, climate, or sustainability.

Leads engineering business operations, portfolio management, strategic program delivery, financial planning, workforce planning, and continuous improvement. Serves as a trusted advisor to the Engineering COO and leadership team, overseeing prioritization, capacity, budgets, governance, executive reporting, delivery risks, and business value realization across technology initiatives.

Builds end-to-end analytics engineering solutions, including data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, dimensional models, semantic layers, trusted datasets, and BI delivery. Uses SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake, Databricks, and Power BI across structured and semi-structured data sources. Partners with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, accurate, audit-ready reporting while improving workflows through AI-enabled tools.

Supports People Operations and the COO’s office by coordinating strategic projects, executive communications, leadership events, budgets, dashboards, agendas, and project tracking. The role develops briefing materials, transforms financial and operational data into decision-ready insights, manages risk registers, facilitates accountability, and ensures leadership decisions are executed. It also involves confidential information handling, AI-enabled process optimization, special projects, administrative support, and travel for leadership priorities.

Support institutional sales and fundraising by managing client coverage, executing marketing outreach, coordinating RFP/DDQ responses, maintaining CRM records (Salesforce), preparing meeting follow-ups and research, and assisting event coordination. Act as a liaison across internal teams to respond to client requests and track pipeline and industry insights.

Supports wealth-channel fundraising and evergreen product solutions through product development, investor communications, marketing materials, fund reporting, performance analysis, DDQ/RFP/RFI responses, due diligence coordination, investment commentary, and fundraising-related special projects. The role collaborates across investment, sales, marketing, accounting, operations, legal, reporting, and client-service teams while maintaining accurate, timely investor materials.

Lead redesign and operational maturity of the firm's IGA program. Drive platform selection and implementation, design lifecycle and governance processes, integrate applications (notably Microsoft Entra ID), automate workflows, define KPIs and audit reporting, mentor team members, and partner with business and third-party advisors to ensure secure, compliant access management.

Lead technical accounting for public fund operations: determine accounting treatments, document policies, liaise with auditors, research and implement new pronouncements, maintain SOX controls, and drive consistency across fund accounting teams.

Support institutional sales and fundraising for Western US clients by maintaining coverage plans, managing Salesforce CRM, coordinating RFP/DDQ responses, preparing client materials and follow-ups, researching market and industry insights, and assisting event coordination and strategic partnership proposals.

Work with senior Capital Markets professionals to build and operate TPG's Broker Dealer, execute leveraged finance and other financings, lead lender/investor outreach, structure deals, and redevelop the BD tech stack with AI integration while supporting BD reporting, budgeting, and pipeline processes.
