The Associate will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage project portfolios, align with strategic objectives, and improve business processes at TPG.

Support institutional sales and fundraising by managing client coverage, executing marketing outreach, coordinating RFP/DDQ responses, maintaining CRM records (Salesforce), preparing meeting follow-ups and research, and assisting event coordination. Act as a liaison across internal teams to respond to client requests and track pipeline and industry insights.

Support firm-wide Control Room by administering watch/restricted lists, enforcing information barriers, managing conflicts, processing trade requests, advising business groups, and coordinating with legal and compliance teams.
