Designs, builds, deploys, supports, and improves enterprise Workday integrations across payroll, benefits, finance, security, reporting, analytics, and third-party systems. Owns integration architecture, data mapping, security, testing, production troubleshooting, release regression testing, documentation, and operational controls. Partners with HRIS, People Operations, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders. May also develop Workday Extend applications and Prism Analytics datasets, pipelines, transformations, and dashboards.

The Associate will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage project portfolios, align with strategic objectives, and improve business processes at TPG.

Support institutional sales and fundraising by managing client coverage, executing marketing outreach, coordinating RFP/DDQ responses, maintaining CRM records (Salesforce), preparing meeting follow-ups and research, and assisting event coordination. Act as a liaison across internal teams to respond to client requests and track pipeline and industry insights.
